Demgirişim is an Istanbul-based construction, building and decoration company. We deliver 16 service lines — from structural works to interior decoration — with our own crews, under a single contract and a single point of responsibility.

What services do we provide?
From turnkey construction to painting and flooring — 16 service lines from one team. Each is surveyed and quoted separately; we can also take on all of them under one contract.
How does a bare shell become a finished home?
An apartment received as bare concrete with exposed services becomes a living space through electrical and plumbing works, drywall, plaster, paint, herringbone parquet and made-to-measure furniture. The transformation completes before your eyes as you scroll — you can also drag the handle.

Headquartered in Istanbul. We are active across all districts, including Ümraniye, Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Beykoz, Üsküdar, Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Şile, Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe, Tuzla, Beşiktaş and Sarıyer.

How long does a turnkey renovation take?
Duration depends on the size of the apartment, the scope of work and material choices. A typical renovation is planned over several weeks. After the initial consultation we provide a day-by-day schedule and share photo progress reports throughout.
Do you only work in Istanbul?
We are based in Istanbul and active across all districts. Nationwide, we take on projects in Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Kocaeli, Sakarya and beyond on a project basis.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. Within Istanbul, the initial consultation and quotation are free of charge; we deliver a written quote shortly after.
How are prices determined?
Itemised according to floor area, material grade and labour scope. Every line item is priced separately in the quote — no surprise costs mid-project.
Do you supply the materials?
Your choice. We can source from our suppliers with full invoicing, or work with materials you select yourself.
Do you provide after-handover support?
Yes. Our team remains reachable for workmanship-related matters after handover; scope and terms are set out in writing in the contract.
