Bathroom: a residual current device is essential; sockets must respect wet-zone distances; a dedicated circuit for the water heater and washing machine; light fittings must be moisture-rated.
What are low-voltage systems and why plan them together?
Internet, TV, intercom, alarm and smart-home systems fall under low-voltage wiring. Running these cables while the installation is being renewed avoids visible surface cabling, trunking or fresh chasing later. Planning at least one data point per room is today’s standard.
